We continue to work under the guidelines set down by Avista Utility and anticipate that our current schedule will continue at least thru March of 2021.
Here’s an update on your Credit Union: We are available for phone calls and e-mails Monday thru Friday from 8:00am- 4:00pm. To see us at the Mission campus for deposits or withdrawals and loan signings, you will need to have an appointment. We are open for appointments from 10:00am- 2:00pm. We have a limited number of appointments daily and are scheduling them staggered to protect everyone, so without an appointment we may not be able to assist you for your transaction. The Utility Lobby is closed to visitors. If you call 495-2000 and let us know when you will be coming by, we can put that on our calendar and be ready for you. We will meet you at the front door with a face mask on. All transactions will be completed in the front foyer. We will maintain and enforce a six foot rule at all times and ask that you wear a mask also.
Your Credit Union knows that you may have been severely adversely affected by the current COVID-9 crisis occurring throughout the world today. To address this we now have two programs to offer to our members.
1) Skip a pay - You may skip up to two months of payments on any of your current consumer (Car, Truck, Boat, ect.) loans just by asking and filling out a simple form. This will add the two months of payments to the end of the loan. Call 509-495-2000, we will be happy to get you the form.
2) COVID Relief Loan - Unsecured loan up to $5,000.00 with an Annual Percentage Rate of approximately 1.57% fixed for five years with biweekly payments of $5.00 until March 2021 and payback after that of no more than $50.00 per biweekly payroll. This loan is for members who's family have had significant decrease in income due to the current crisis.
