Q. How much can I have on deposit with the credit union?
A. Currently a member can have $250,000 on deposit with us. That is total between all the accounts in your name. Child accounts can currently have $80,000.
Q. Do you carry cash?
A. Yes! We have cash to accommodate most regular daily cash need requests. If you need a large amount please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Q. How do I enroll in online banking?
A. Please call the credit union at 509-495-2000 to set up an enrollment PIN to get the process started.
Q. When are dividends posted?
A. The quarterly dividend is posted on the first day of the month in January, April, July and October.
Q. Do you have paperless statements available?
A. Yes! You can sign up for E-Statements in your Online Banking.
Q. How to I apply for a loan?
A. You can stop by our office Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (Pacific), you can also apply online by clicking here.
Q. How do I make a payment on my loan?
A. You can transfer funds right through Online banking or you can stop by our office during office hours where we accept cash or check, or mail a payment to:

Q. How can I make a withdrawal?
A. You can call us and after verifying your identity we can mail a check to the address you have on file with us, or you can stop in and withdrawal cash or a check.
Q. Can I Wire money from my account?
A. No. We do not have the ability to offer wire transfers in or out for our members. Call or stop in and we can discuss how Bill Pay or one of our other options may be a solution.
